Tepco plans to pump up groundwater and discharge it to the sea!

200 ~ 400 m3 of groundwater flows into the basement floors of reactor 1 ~ 4 on the daily basis.
Tepco still injects 600m3 of water to reactor 1 ~3 everyday, contaminated water increases by 800 ~ 1000 m3 everyday. Currently, 98,000 m3 of contaminated water is under reactor 1 ~ 4.

To reduce groundwater to flow into the basement floors by half, Tepco is going to make 14 wells (30cm diameter, 32m deep) at 80 ~ 200 m far from the plants on the mountain side....The pumped up water will be discharged to the sea directly, but they measured tritium from one of the three wells "

INTO THE SEA.... INTERNATIONAL OUTRAGE MUCH?????

U.S. Coast Guard sinks Japanese boat swept away by tsunami

OVER THE GULF OF ALASKA —
The long, lonely voyage of the Japanese ghost ship is over.
A U.S. Coast Guard cutter unleashed cannon fire on the abandoned 164-foot (50-meter) Ryou-Un Maru on Thursday, ending a journey that began when last year’s tsunami dislodged it and set it adrift across the Pacific Ocean.
It sank into waters more than 1,000 feet (305 meters) deep in the Gulf of Alaska, more than 150 miles (240 kilometers) from land.
The crew pummeled the ghost ship with high explosive ammunition and, soon after, the Ryou-Un Maru burst into flames, began to take on water and list, officials said.
A huge column of smoke could be seen over the gulf.

They detect the leak of about twelve tons of water into the sea in Fukushima

TEPCO, operator of central Fukushima Daiichi, epicentre of the nuclear crisis in Japan, confirmed Thursday the leak to the sea about 12 tons of water contaminated with radioactive strontium, NHK public television reported.
Workers of Tokyo Electric Power (TEPCO) discovered the leakage of fluid from one of the pipes connected to the tank which is stored radioactive water used to cool the reactors, contaminated during the morning.

The accumulation of thousands of tons of contaminated water filtered of reactors towards the interior of the facilities of the plant is one of the main problems facing TEPCO Fukushima Daiichi, requires the company to continuously store fluid leaked into special containers.
They stopped the leak
TEPCO operators proceeded to close the pipe valves, which stopped the leak of radioactive water about an hour later, detailed NHK.
